Born & Bred Pork Belly- Hoisin Bao buns

Cut belly into bite sized pieces, roast at 220°C for 15 mins, glaze each piece with a little hoisin sauce, return to oven to roast for a further 5 mins until sticky. Serve hoisin belly in a steamed bao bun with mayo, slaw & spring onion.
