How to cook: Oven roasting - Heat the oven to 180 °C. Season the lamb with oil, herbs & garlic, salt & pepper. Cook for 2 hours for medium rare & 3 hours for well done. Slow roast – add some red wine & onions, cover & cook for 4-5 hours. Serve with roast potatoes, carrots & greens.
