Lovely portion size, not a lot of fat stip. Good marbling. Lightly seasoned and pan fried as it has been too wet to grill. Cooked well, rested.I bought some Carra scotch (MS 7) from the Aussie Butcher locally at 67.00 per and that was great. But this was something else. Topped with fresh made truffle butter. I am coming back for more because of the quality and the price. The service has been amazing. We have really upped our home dining experiences, great food, great wine. One last thing, what was left was reheated a few days later. The hallmark of quality is that it was still superb! Buy it!
