Lamb & Mint Sausage ingredients: NZ lamb (75%), water, seasonings (rice flour, salt, herbs & spices (including mint), maltodextrin, mineral salts (450,451), honey powder, potato starch, thickener (460), preservative (223 - sulphites), spice extract), natural hog casings.

How to cook: Pan fry or barbecue on a medium heat for 15 mins until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don’t recommend pricking the sausages as it may cause them to dry out.
