How to cook: Our burgers are unseasoned, so salt and pepper them before cooking. Pan fry or barbecue until the juices run clear but the patties are still slightly pink in the middle. Serve in a fresh brioche bun or a lettuce cup topped with your favourite pickles, condiments and salad. A quick and easy solution for weeknight dinners or a casual weekend meal.
