Hormone and antibiotic free. This boneless half-leg lamb has been seasoned with rosemary, thyme and cracked pepper and is ready to cook!
How to cook: Allow the lamb to come to room temperature before cooking. Brown each side of the lamb in a hot pan before transferring to a 180º fan-forced oven and roast for about 8-10 minutes. Let the lamb rest for five minutes before serving. Great for a weeknight dinner served with vegetables and lashings of mint sauce.
