All our chicken is Free-Range and Gluten-Free, ethically sourced from Waitoa. A community of local farmers on land that is nurtured and well respected.

These farms are all located among the rolling green hills of the Waikato. Known for its rich soils and great growing conditions, it’s a perfect place to farm free-range.

Two breasts per pack. Skin on.

Average pack weight 650g.

HOW TO COOK: Skin-on breast meat is more flavoursome & succulent. Some ideas -Pan fry adding your favourite herbs and spices and oil or butter. Cook thoroughly with the lid on for 15 minutes then remove the lid, turn up the heat and crisp up the skin until golden for a few minutes. For the BBQ – lightly score the skin & marinade overnight (fresh herbs, garlic, olive oil & lemon juice are delicious), cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on use, but always make sure chicken is thoroughly cooked.
