This item is sold frozen. Use within 5 days after thawing.

How to cook: Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Season legs with salt & pepper. Place skin side down in a buttered frying pan and cook on medium to high heat until golden. Transfer skin side up into a roasting dish and add orange or lemon zest & juice, garlic, onion, fresh thyme and/or sage leaves and roast for 35-40 minutes.  Serve with fresh seasonal greens.
