How to cook: Oven roasting - Heat the oven to 180 °C. Season the lamb with oil, herbs & garlic, salt & pepper. Cook for 1 hour 15 minutes for medium rare & 2 hours for well done. Slow roast – add some red wine & onions, cover & cook for 4 hours. Serve with roast potatoes, carrots & greens.
