This boneless half-leg lamb has been seasoned with a mint glaze and topped with fresh mint leaves.
How to cook: Allow the lamb to come to room temperature before cooking. Brown each side of the lamb in a hot pan before transferring to a 180º fan-forced oven and roast for about 18-20 minutes. Let the lamb rest for five minutes before serving. Great for a weeknight dinner served with vegetables or salad.
Product is delivered chilled. Best serves 2 - 4 people.
