This item is sold frozen. Use within 5 days after thawing.

How to cook: Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Rub with oil & season with salt & pepper. Place skin side down in frying pan and cook on medium to high heat until golden, then turn & sear other side until golden. Transfer to oven & roast for 10-15 minutes. Baste with a sauce of your choice - Hoisin is a good Asian style choice. Serve in a Bao Bun with coleslaw and plenty of serviettes!
