This superb cut of meat is the ribeye on a long rib bone. The grainfed meat is superbly tender with a spectacular flavour and the bone is un-frenched, giving it a wonderful rustic characteristic. The best bit is gnawing on the bone afterwards!

You won't fit this in a pan so crank it up the BBQ, or slow cook in the oven.

This item is delivered frozen.

How to cook: Always allow the beef to come to room temperature before cooking. Season & oil the whole steak well, roast in a 120 °C oven for 40 minutes. Sear on BBQ or in large frying pan for 1-2 minutes each to brown & caramelise. Delicious with Hasselback potatoes, herb butter and a fresh green salad!
