These Harmony sausages are made in a traditional style from quality 100% New Zealand beef, gluten-free, and have natural casings.
How to cook: Pan fry or barbecue on a medium heat for 15 mins until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don’t recommend pricking the sausages as it may cause them to dry out. There are so many ways to serve sausages - on their own in a bread roll with sauce, mustard and sweet onion, or with a selection of salads Kiwi barbecue style or ‘bangers and mash’ on a winter’s day. The choices are endless!
