One of the most incredibly flavourful cuts on the animal! Juicy and rich enough to smoke to perfection, in 3 hours.

Please note: these lamb ribs come in a whole 600-700g piece, not individual portions.

How to cook: Slow cooking in the oven – super delicious if marinated overnight. Heat the oven to 160 °C & cook for 2-3 hours. Brown under grill or on BBQ if you want it more caramelised. Serve with potato wedges & greens.
