Coastal Lamb

Our Coastal Lamb range is an exceptional product, raised on the lush pastures and coastal farms by farmers committed to protecting the environment. The proof of their care is in the eating – premium, lean, tender and delicious lamb which you can feel good about eating!

This boneless half-leg lamb has been seasoned with rosemary, thyme and cracked pepper and is ready to cook.

Costal Lamb Butterflied Leg with Herbs ingredients: NZ lamb (98%), sunflower oil, fresh rosemary, thyme, cracked black pepper.

How to cook: Allow the lamb to come to room temperature before cooking. Brown each side of the lamb in a hot pan (3-4 minutes each side) before transferring to a 200º fan-forced oven and roast for about 15 minutes (for medium- well done increase cooking to 20 minutes). Let the lamb rest for five minutes before serving. Great for a weeknight dinner served with vegetables and lashings of mint sauce.

Product is delivered chilled. Serves 2 - 4 people.
