Please note, sold as one rack and comes frozen.

How to cook: Best served medium to medium-rare. Bring to room temperature and get the oven ready at 200 °C. Rub with oil & season with salt, pepperfavourite herbs (fresh rosemary is delicious) & garlic. Roast for 20 minutes, then rest for 5-10 minutesServe on a bed of mashed potatoes and seasonal greens.
