Grass-fed and pastured-raised, our Coastal Spring Lamb is an exceptional product from pastures where the animals are raised in harmony with the environment by a group of committed farmers. Hormone and antibiotic free. This boneless half-leg has been seasoned with rosemary, thyme and cracked pepper and is ready to cook.
How to cook: Allow the lamb to come to room temperature before cooking. Brown each side of the lamb in a hot pan before transferring to a 180º fan-forced oven and roast for about 8-10 minutes. Let the lamb rest for five minutes before serving. Great for a weeknight dinner served with simple vegetables and lashings of mint sauce.
