A great balance of flavour and tenderness, perfect to pan fry or barbecue, Harmony’s scotch steak is an absolute winner. The beef is grown ethically and sustainably by a select group of farmers who meet our strict environmental and animal welfare criteria. 

How to cook: Bring the steak to room temperature and get the pan hot. Sear and turn once to ensure the juices are retained. Best served medium to medium-rare, between 60°C and 65°C if you’ve got a thermometer. Serve on a bed of garlicky mash and seasonal vegetables.
