Please note this eye fillet comes in one whole piece not individually portioned.
How to cook: Always allow the beef to come to room temperature before cooking. Season the whole steak well, sear on a high heat and then roast in the oven. This cut is best served medium to medium rare – between 60°C and 65°C. Rest the eye fillet for a couple of minutes before serving. Delicious with garlicky potatoes, red wine jus and a fresh green salad.
