A spicy alternative to the traditional pork sausage with golden cheese inside and a hit of Jalapeno chili. Traditionally made using selected ingredients including natural casings, these are premium pork sausages. Gluten free, they do contain soy and milk.

How to cook: Pan fry or barbecue on a medium heat for 15 mins until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don’t recommend pricking the sausages as it may cause them to dry out. Fabulous in a bun with chipotle mayo and slaw.
