Our free-range pork has gone authentic with Chinese 5 spice added to it. Made from Highgrounds NZ Pork, with cumin, star anise, Chinese cinnamon, cloves and fennel. The five flavours of spices refers to the five traditional Chinese elements, giving these sausages a kick.
