Ethically raised and sourced from Highgrounds farm, located in South Canterbury, New Zealand, on 370-hectares of land. The pigs here have a better-quality life and better-quality nutrition. They are completely cage and crate free.

To keep your ham fresh in the fridge you are best to soak a clean tea towel in lemonade and wrap it around the ham. This method will help keep it fresh for longer.
